Pure titanium prosthesis for re-establishing the sound conduction in case of a shortened process of the incus. 3 clamps of progressively increasing lengths enable this  prosthesis is be compatible with any type of incus, even those which are very irregular shaped. So 1 size fits all, each clip can be crimped individually for further adjustment and fixation. No additional support required like for example bone cement.
